I've been a customer at the Bonners Ferry Pro X for several years now. They've been the predominant supplier of building supplies for my family's projects. The employees are extremely friendly. Iris and Holly are always cheerful.

Our experience with Pro X for almost 10 years has been great. Staffs are quick to happily help customers, and ensures that customers like us are satisfied with their products and services. Staffs are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable in things that we might need help with. Prices are reasonable, and product’s displays are quite organized. We love that Pro X handles things right away, positively, without any doubts when we have issues with anything.

The team at ProX is amazing and friendly. Special employees that are 10s are Irish, Daleanne and Joe. I feel special every time they see me.

Been going in and out of Pro X for near two decades now and always appreciative of the efforts so many of their employees make to be of a customer service mindset. So many common sense, decent people in our place that it’s not terribly surprising to see the consistent high level of authentic professionalism. Last time was Holly and today it was Iris at the checkout.. Like so many of the other decent employees, Friendliness And courtesy Is always present at checkout!

Everyone at prox is always helpful and accommodating. Ron ordered a specialty tool in and beat competitions prices! Pro x is always our number 1 choice of hardware and lumber yard.

We always have great service whenever we go into ProX. The staff are always smiling and ready to help with whatever we need. It's really nice to know we can find what we need here instead of traveling to Ponderay/Sandpoint. The kiddos especially love the popcorn every time we visit :) Also we recently discovered that they sell dog food too. Would recommend ProX Bonners Ferry for any home improvements needs.

Sebastian Rutherford and Daleanne Heines are super helpful in figuring out what I need for my personal house project. Daleanne went above and beyond to research siding colors and Sebastian was patient with me when figuring out metal trim and shingles. The staff is always friendly and courteous at Pro X.

I have been doing business with pro x for the past 7 years. Great place to shop. They almost always have what I need, and if not they are on top of getting it as fast as they possibly can. The store manager Robert Davis is a top notch guy, always asking how he can better serve the people that walk through their doors.

I go to ProX frequently to purchase tools and materials for my Repair Services Company and personal projects. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. I would like to give extra kudos to Ron at the contractors desk and all the ladies at the registers. They make every trip quick and painless.

This store is well laid out and always well stocked. Ron is very knowledgeable, and willing to be of help to everyone.

WBC Pro X is like family. Great people. Great service. Daleanne Hinze is an outstanding contractors saleswoman.

PROX is our go-to material provider for all of our new construction projects . Daleanne personally handles all of our material acquisition and we could not be more pleased with how good of a job she does for us.

Most of the time I'm able to find whatever I need, good place to shop for my home needs.

I had a very large roofing project I was flying in from Denver, CO to complete. Long story short, Home Depot dropped the ball in a major way and left me high and dry without any materials the night before the project. Pro X spent an hour on the phone with me filling my order. They check through the store to make sure items were in stock and, when they didn't have an exact match, they found comparable solutions. The people here are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. First class establishment.

Pro-X is a really nice hardware store, lumber yard, and appliance vendor. The store is well stocked with most normal need items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I shop there several times weekly. It's great to have a nice, clean store close to home! UPDATE: I originally posted a review of Pro x several years ago. Since then, the store has increased its stock, added several different lines of fencing, railroad ties, electrical, etc. This store is bigger and better than ever. The staff, especially the floor staff, like Dwayne, Ron, Dan, Holly, Lainey, Iris, and the other cashiers, are very friendly, knowledgeable about where things are found in the store, and have tremendous amounts of experience in not only retail, but in the real world. Dan, for example, was both an electrical and plumbing contractor in California. Dwayne was an engineer for game company Bally, and really knows a lot. Joe, who is in contract sales, owned a sawmill, and those lumber very well. John and Sebastian, also in contract sales, round out a great crew, both indoor and contract. I don't do much business in the appliance and carpet side, but all of the people I have met from that side of the business have been very friendly and knowledgeable. I personally think the merger with Western Building Supply has been successful. Finally, except for Bent Tree Farm Idaho, Pro-X has the best free popcorn in town!

This is easily the best lumber yard in town. Very impressed with staffs knowledge, and also great job to the crew residing one of the lumber pole barns. Haven’t seen a group of guys move with such swift and elegant maneuvers since the Wright Brothers started flying.

Johnson Madison has been great to work with for us for four years now. They have competitive transparent pricing. Quality materials and the staff is very helpful and kind. A little slow on the meet n greet, but I get pointed in the right direction when I need help. The paint guy? PHENOMENAL! He helped me find my own color of black that works best with my customers and wood that I work with! Can't say enuf good about him. Definitely the guy to go to for paint! The outside staff is fast,courteous and knowledgeable. One of them is also my nephew...so I may be a bit biased 😅. But all in all, a great place to go for your painting,woodworking, anything needs.
