12/24/2025 Amy helped me today with a NEBO Jump Start Air Compressor, I'm a girlie girl, had NO idea where to even start, they plugged it in for me until I could get down there. Bubba at pickup showed me how to use everything, he told me "here the directions are right on the case." The car started first time! I recently put in a new mailbox post, and rented the powered auger to do the job of digging, as the ground in Columbia Falls is not easy to dig. I also bought the mailbox, and post at Western Building Center. This is the only place I like shopping for hardware or lumber. The staff are helpful, and even if they don't have what I need, they can order it with a lot less trouble than Lowes or Home Desperate. Highly recommended!

He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to experience customer service like this anymore, and it made a big difference. Every time I come in William and the pro desk help and take time to get my inquiries and the stuff I need to get the job done. Highly recommend if your in the business or just a DIYer ask and most time you’ll walk away with the right tools that you won’t have to return.
There's no walking around LOOKING, SEARCHING thinking maybe you are in the store during a meeting with no one to help. This place greets you upon your entrance and guides you to your area, or will take you there and make sure you get the right part at the right price!
I love all ur staff at Kalispell WBC I'm in there multiple times in a week there nice they help they listen and there always greeting u as you walk in I just go say hi and ask a question if I do t know it opinions on certain things they rock!
