3. Cut the 90-inch adapter to fit between mounting brackets
4. Snap the adapter onto the top rail until fully seated
5. Drill 1/4-inch holes every 12 inches through the adapter (avoiding the rail)
6. Secure adapter with #10 x 3/4-inch truss-head screws
7. Position bracket adapters on the mounting brackets
8. Attach the deck board from underneath using screws through the pre-drilled holes
